french fries

For the most part I eat pretty healthily and lead an active lifestyle. But today i threw that all down the drain when I had our intern get me french fries from McDonald's. I had a severe craving and now my body hates me. I am getting the shakes and am sweating. Ok, nevermind, I am just being overdramatic.
